DELIVERY

All orders received before 4pm on a weekday (Monday to Friday) will be delivered the following day before 5pm, as long as the card payment passes the necessary security checks and the next day is not a bank holiday.

Lead times are for the UK only, Europe and the Rest of the world times may vary and are dependant on the courier in your region.

To pay for your order we accept in the UK, Europe and the Rest of the world:

OUR RETURNS POLICY

At LONDONTSHIRTS.CO.UK we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple.

You can return or exchange any goods bought from LONDONTSHIRTS.CO.UK within 14 days from when you receive them.

Simply send returns back to us.

Please include the invoice (attached to the front of the parcel you received) with the goods, or your name and order number, so that we know who they are from.

When we get the goods back we will issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned. Our only stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, in other words;

* the tags have not been removed
* the garment has not been worn or damaged
* the packaging is returned

We issue the refund (or send out an exchange) within 24 hours of receiving the returns, and you will see the credit on your card after 3 or 4 working days. Although we issue the credit straight away it takes this length of time to work its way through the banking system (and building societies can take up to 10 days).
